Iran International:

As a Real Estate agent or company, you need to be updated with different countries’ news and demographic changes, Iran market has always been an important place for Turkish real estate because of different factors such as easy access to Turkey, cultural similarity, good climate in Turkey, reasonable price of real estate in Turkey and business opportunities in Turkey.

It was my first trip to Iran and we had arranged a trip to three different cities Mashhad “spiritual center” was our first stop, the second was Isfahan “cultural hub” and the last stop was Tehran “bustling metropolis”, where all three cities are different from each other in infrastructure, tourist attractions, businesswise and spiritually.

About Mashhad: the northeast corner of Iran, Mashhad is a city steeped in spirituality and tradition. It is home to the magnificent Imam Reza Shrine, one of the most revered sites in Shia Islam, drawing millions of pilgrims and visitors from around the globe each year. Beyond its religious significance, Mashhad boasts a rich cultural heritage, with ancient monuments, bustling bazaars, and vibrant neighborhoods waiting to be explored. Mashhad offers a glimpse into the heart and soul of Iran, During my two-day stay in Mashhad. I held a one-day seminar with my colleagues for real estate agents and companies located in Mashhad, we offered them three projects from Alanya, Turkish citizenship for investors with good rental income, and about 35-40 real estate consultants and companies have participated in Pardisan hotel, Afer seminar got time to visit Imam Reza Shrine during evening then got flight for Isfahan.

About Isfahan: Isfahan is a masterpiece of Islamic architecture and design. Its stunning mosques, palaces, and bridges have earned it a rightful place as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The iconic Naqsh-e Jahan Square, with its magnificent Shah Mosque and Ali Qapu Palace, is a testament to Isfahan’s rich history and cultural significance. But Isfahan is more than just a living museum – it is a vibrant and dynamic city, with bustling markets, lively cafes, and a thriving arts scene. Whether strolling along the historic Khaju Bridge or marveling at the intricate tilework of the Jameh Mosque, Isfahan enchants visitors with its beauty and charm, We hold one-day seminars in the shopping center of Isfahan with the presence of 40-45 investors and real estate consultants after seminar had got a little time to explore the city and visited Khaju Bridge … next stop Tehran

About Tehran: Modern Iran, As the bustling capital of Iran, Tehran is a city of contrasts, where tradition meets modernity in a vibrant tapestry of culture and commerce. From the bustling bazaars of the Grand Bazaar to the soaring skyscrapers of Milad Tower, Tehran is a city that never sleeps. It is a melting pot of cultures and influences, with bustling neighborhoods, world-class museums, and a thriving culinary scene. Whether exploring the historic Golestan Palace, shopping for treasures in Tajrish Bazaar, or sipping tea in one of the city’s trendy cafes, Tehran offers endless opportunities for adventure and discovery but unfortunately, we had only two days stay where we visited several real estate companies and just night time visited famous Azadi Tower then back to Alanya. My visit to Iran was quite beneficial in the field of business and the experience which I got from here was un-examplable. I appreciate the hospitality and warm welcome to the Iranian people.

I would love to visit Iran again but for more days in the coming years ahead and I am sure that my upcoming journey will be unforgettable “It will be my Iran International Trip”
